REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS:

Will I get a refund if I decide to cancel my project?
We kindly request your attention to our cancellation policy regarding project contracts. In the event that you decide to cancel the project, a cancellation fee of 20% will be applicable from the full amount of the contract/project/invoice. It is important to note that this cancellation fee is subject to potential adjustments based on the return policies implemented by the fabric company chosen for the project. We strive to maintain flexibility and fairness in our policies, ensuring that any changes are aligned with the specific circumstances and conditions of your project. Project Modifications:

We would like to emphasize that all projects can be modified, provided that such modifications are agreed upon during the contract/project negotiation phase. Once the contract is finalized and signed, no further modifications to the project will be permitted unless adjustments to the price, timeline, or materials are required. In such cases, any proposed changes must be communicated to the client and subsequently accepted by them. This policy ensures transparency and establishes a clear framework for managing project modifications while maintaining the integrity of the agreed-upon terms. Pickup & Insurance Policy - DC Custom Upholstery

At DC Custom Upholstery, we offer complimentary pickup and delivery of furniture and cushions as

a convenience to our clients. Please note:

- We are not a moving or freight company and do not perform any work on-site.

- Our team is fully trained to handle furniture with care during transport.

- We do NOT provide insurance certificates or additional documentation for residential pickups, as

this is not considered part of a contracted worksite or commercial delivery.

-We DO provide insurance certificates or additional documentation for commercial projects, as this IS considered part of a contracted worksite or commercial pick-up/delivery.

-As of 07/25/2025, we are no longer accepting on-site installs without approval.
