Will I get a refund if I decide to cancel my project?
We kindly request your attention to our cancellation policy regarding project contracts. In the event that you decide to cancel the project, a cancellation fee of 20% will be applicable from the full amount of the contract/project/invoice. It is important to note that this cancellation fee is subject to potential adjustments based on the return policies implemented by the fabric company chosen for the project. Project Modifications:
We would like to emphasize that all projects can be modified, provided that such modifications are agreed upon during the contract/project negotiation phase. Once the contract is finalized and signed, no further modifications to the project will be permitted unless adjustments to the price, timeline, or materials are required. In such cases, any proposed changes must be communicated to the client and subsequently accepted by them. This policy ensures transparency and establishes a clear framework for managing project modifications while maintaining the integrity of the agreed-upon terms.
